Track System
Track system manufactured from 2mm cold rolled sections joined with unique riveting system leaving galvanising intact and improved aesthetics. Supplied with fast assembly horizontal black track hanger system (vertical lift).
Door Leaf
Constructed from Kingspan CDP 610 Industrial panels, the external finish to be from one of the range of 22 standard colours, the internal finish is white stucco embossed polyester (RAL 9010). Anodised aluminium top and bottom rails provided with seals. Panels are pre-drilled to accept hardware. External Finish RAL 9010 Bright White.
Hardware
High quality galvanised adjustable roller carriers, intermediate hinges, nylon rollers with covers. Adjustable cable break bottom corner brackets with covers supplied as standard.
Springs
Springs are manufactured to DIN 17223 sort C for additional spring lift and fitter safety. Spring break device with adjustable bracket supplied as standard. Spring usage designed for approx 15000 cycles.

Hand chain operated by 4:1 chain hoist
