Insuflex - Insulated Roller Shutter Door                                                

Insulated roller shutter doors are manufactured to BS EN 13241-1:2003 Quality Standard.  They are ideal for situations where energy conservation and protection against the elements, extreme noise and a high level of security are primary consideration.

Insuflex meets today architectural demand for aesthetics, reliability, performance and safety in use.  Is has been designed to withstand 20m/sec wind generation (745 wpa) pressure and special designs can allow for higher wind loads.  Insuflex doors cut down energy waste due to heat flow through and round the door curtain.  The sides are weather stripped with twin vertical brush seals on both faces of the curtain, and a rubber strip seals the bottom panel to the floor.

Doors are individually made for each opening and come with a wide range of options including:
